FICTIONAL CASE STUDY

Context: In the office environment, employees are engaging with their co-workers and managers on projects and presentations. On a day-to-day basis, they are making decisions about how to do their work accurately and deliver results. It is important for employees to understand how to make effective decisions while working with one another.

Challenges: N/A

Solutions: This storyboard takes about 30 minutes for a learner to cover the content, and can be used as a guide for how employees should make effective decisions, while following the decision making process by various companies.

Results: The outcome is for learners to learn how to make effective decisions in the workplace in an easy-to-follow manner.
